EXANI III

Registration Procedure to the EXANI III through UASLP

The procedure described below is effective as of now and during 2020, and will be subject to changes established by CENEVAL. These changes will be reflected at the time in this document.

1. 1. Obtaining a PRE-REGISTRATION for EXANI III IN THE UASLP

   1. If the postgraduate course is taught at the UASLP:

      It’s suggested not to register on the CENEVAL website (National application) since the applicant's results cannot be reported to the respective graduate.

      Please pre-register with the postgraduate academic coordinator of interest. In addition, we recommend you to review the website of the postgraduate program in advance, since each registration process has its own guidelines

      Send the following information to the Postgraduate Academic Coordinator of interest for the Coordinator to pre-register at the IAPA:

      1. Full name of the applicant (as it appears on the official identification)
      2. Email address
      3. Date of birth (yyyy-mm-dd format)
      4. Full name of the graduate you wish to enter

   2. If the graduate is external to the UASLP:

      It’s suggested to pre-register directly with the operational manager of EXANI III at the UASLP (exani@uaslp.mx), by sending an email with the following information:

      1. Full name of the applicant (as it appears on the official identification)
      2. Email address
      3. Date of birth (yyyy-mm-dd format)
      4. GRADUATE: EXTERNAL
      5. Date of EXANI III of interest
2. Online registration at CENEVAL
   

   By having their pre-registration, each applicant will receive by email from the Secretariat of Research and Postgraduate, a REGISTRATION NUMBER with which they must make their ONLINE REGISTRATION on the CENEVAL site through the following link:
   http://registroenlinea.ceneval.edu.mx/RegistroLinea/indexCerrado.php

   The applicant will also receive instructions to make their payment referenced to CENEVAL. (This league is exclusive for supporters who register through the UASLP).

4. Entry pass printing and exam payment

   When the applicant has completed his registration on the CENEVAL page, he can print his INCOME PASS.

   The bank reference and the payment deadline will be found in the Entry Pass, which in turn is the payment order. The bank reference is unique and is directly linked to the registration of each of the applicants.

5. Place and time of the exam application:

   The exam will be applied in the facilities of the D.U.I West Zone of the U.A.S.L.P., located at: Av. Niño Artillero 150, Zona Universitaria, C.P. 78290

   

   Applicants must be at the indicated location at 8:15 a.m. on the date of application of the exam to locate the corresponding classroom and deliver the required documentation. Entrance to the classrooms will not be allowed after 8:30.

6. Documentation needed on exam day

   The indispensable documentation to be able to apply your exam is:

   • Entry pass (obtained after registering)
   • Official identification (valid voter card or passport)
   • VERY IMPORTANT: As of 2015, CENEVAL recognizes as official identification ONLY:
   • Current voter credential
   • Valid passport
   • Additionally carry the following material:
   • Pencil number 2
   • Sharpener
   • Crumb rubber
   • Calculator with basic functions (scientific or cellular calculator is not accepted)
